Privacy
We collect as little as we can: the email and the details you type into our forms. This page says what happens to them.

What we collect
- The email address and anything else you type into a form: the weekly brief, the Pro waitlist, a report request, a suggested case or the storyboard builder.
- Which form you used and, for the builder, which format page you were on.
- If analytics is switched on: page views and clicks on the builder, counted without cookies and without identifying you.
Why
- To send you the brief you signed up for and to tell you when Pro opens.
- To reply to a report request or a suggested case.
- We don’t sell your data and don’t share it for advertising.
Who processes it
- The site is hosted on Vercel.
- What you type into a form is stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore, in Seoul). Emails, including the brief, are sent through Resend.
- Brand videos and posts are shown in the official players and embeds of YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode), Vimeo, TikTok, Instagram, X, Telegram and Threads. Once one loads, that platform may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
- Your email stays on the list until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
- Report requests are kept as long as we need them to deliver and invoice the work.
Your choices
- You get the brief only after you confirm your email from the message we send you.
- Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email us. We reply within two working days.
